The conference, attended by 15,000 delegates from 190 countries and 5,000 journalists, was doomed to failure. And failed. rented in Copenhagen during the summit more than 1,200 limousines, compared with only five hybrid cars, and the airport handled 140 flights on private jets . Everything for the environment.
We have uploaded a high speed train that we do not want to get off. We see that is going to crash, but nobody wants to slow down the train because we know that the accident will occur within a few years, when we are no longer here. Let's enjoy while with the speed we reached and who care about our children to stop him.
What we are not realizing is that the train can not stop dry and so that our children do not crash we must begin to stop NOW.
No political cojones enough to promote and implement a model of non-polluting alternative energy and not dependent on oil (foreign, to boot). We we're loading all and when we cut the last tree and killed the last animal, we will realize that money is not eaten.
